I bequeath to the Chabad of the Caldwells, a not-for-profit corporation with principal offices at 1 Lakeside Avenue, Caldwell, NJ 07006, the sum of $________ OR _______% of my residuary estate, to be used for Chabad of the Caldwells for its general charitable purposes.
